GOVERNOR BUSH APPOINTS FIVE TO THE COUNCIL ON
STATE AGENCY INSPECTORS GENERAL

-- Governor Jeb Bush today announced the following appointments:
Council on State Agency Inspectors General
- Derry Harper, 52, of
Tallahassee, Chief Inspector General, appointed to serve as chair, for a term
beginning August 8, 2006 and ending June 30, 2007.
- Melinda M. Miguel, 42,
of Tallahassee, Inspector General for the Office of the Attorney General,
appointed for a term beginning August 8, 2006 and ending June 30, 2007.
- James F. Mathews, 54, of
Tallahassee, Inspector General for the Agency for Workforce Innovation,
appointed for a term beginning August 8, 2006 and ending June 30, 2007.
- Ronald P. Russo, 36, of
Tallahassee, Inspector General for the Department of Business and Professional
Regulation, appointed for a term beginning August 8, 2006 and ending June 30,
2007.
- James T. Knight, 60, of
Havana, Inspector General for the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission,
appointed for a term beginning August 8, 2006 and ending June 30, 2007.
Linda Keen, Inspector General for the Department of Health, will serve as the
executive director for the council.
